This token is a blessing. I got a flat tire on my way home from work and a man pulled over to ask if I needed help. He ended up changing my tire for me which I am so grateful for because I didn't have the first clue what to do. I offered him money but refused and said he just wanted me to do something nice for someone else and pass on the token.

Someone left a note on my windshield saying that my parking meter had expired and that they put some change in it to avoid getting a ticket. Inside the note was this token.

I was standing in line at Star Bucks but was short of change and this man noticed. He offered to pay for my order and insisted.. then he handed me this token. I was surprised that a stranger could be so sincere. I thanked him, and he said to pass it on. This man motivated me to want to help others. This token has opened my eyes to many things. Thank you!

A co-worker gave me this token, as she sang "out loud" my fave song... lol..Everyone heard her, she said she wanted to make my day, just because. She also bought me the CD that has my fave song but would only give it to me if I promised to go out and do something really special for someone and pass on this token. Im not very creative , but I think I can do this for her :-)

My good friend Joan visited me today, she brought me flowers and a thank you card simply for being such a good friend to her. Besides the fact that I find this token extremely interesting, Joan found that it originated in Halifax NS. It just so happens that I am going there for business in a few days. Im sure I'll have plenty of fun passing this token on. Thanks Joan! And thank you needs for deeds, love what you got going on here :-)

My son gave me this token, glad hes here to help me with the computer stuff lol He says I have been a wonderful mom and a big inspiration in his life, so apparently I deserved this token, I feel very special. So my next step will be to pass this on, I know just the person too :-) CHeers to needs for deeds!!!!!!!!

My co worker Jody who is a server at the restaurant I cook at split her tips with me from last night. We were extremely busy all day and night and Jody knew that the kitchen staff do not get any tips so she said she was giving it to me for providing her customers with fantastic meals with no complaints. Sometimes it feels like I don't get noticed for my hard work but Jody changed that. She told me about the family who left her $50 towards her education fund and about the token. How cool is that!

I served a family at the restaurant I work at this evening and after their meal was finished we spent some time discussing my goal to one day go back to school. They offered me some great advice and wished me good luck. When I went back to the table to grab the receipt from their payment I noticed a $50 wrapped around this token. I thought there must have been a mistake because they paid with a credit card and already left me a generous tip. I ran out to the parking lot and managed to catch them getting into their car. I told them they must have forgotten the $50 and as I was about to hand it over to the father he smiled and told me it was a gift for my great service and he wanted me to put it towards my tuition. He then explained what the token was and just asked me to make sure I passed it on. I am so great full for their generosity and will most certainly pass it on.

Had an awesome day at the ball park with the kids and a woman sitting beside us made my little guys day. She gave him a foul ball she caught. You should have seen the look on his face...priceless. I'm using this token to teach him how to pay it forward. He's only 7 years old and this is a great way to teach him how to give back.

My friend Martha and her lovely family stopped by to visit today during their vacation. When I first heard that they chose Boston as one of their destinations during their travels, I insisted that they stay with me instead of a hotel. They were extremely thankful and gave me this token to express their gratitude. It looks like this is the first American deed registered with this token. I'm really excited to pass it on and follow its journey.

I've been extremely busy working on a deadline for a project at the office and didn't have time to take off for lunch. My wonderful co-worker Amanda surprised me with a delicious sandwich and a coffee from Tim Horton's and inside the bag was this token. Needs for Deeds is an amazing concept and I'm excited to be a part of the movement. I already have an idea in mind to pass it on. Thanks Amanda

I was away from my desk for 5 minutes and when I returned there was a beautiful rose on my desk and this token. After the weekend I had, I really needed this lol. Now I have to find out where it came from and think of what I can do to put a smile on someone else's face today :)

My sister sent me flowers to my work for my birthday along with a card with this token in it. Thanks sis, I'll be wearing this smile all day :)

I want to thank my good friend Barry for taking time out of his busy schedule to help me and my wife prepare for our new born. He surprised the two of us this morning when he showed up unexpectedly with a truck load of baby supplies. He got us a crib, paint, clothes, toys and a bunch of other stuff that we need. It's been tough the past couple of months with my wife on child leave and me losing my job. I wasn't sure how I was going to get all of the things we needed by our August due date. Thanks again Barry, It feels like a huge weight has been lifted from our shoulders all because of your generosity. We will certainly pass on the token.

I was waiting for my wife to finish up getting some things at the farmer's market and I noticed the parking lot was littered with trash. I just happened to have a box of garbage bags in the trunk so I began to walk around the lot collecting the trash. A few people saw what I was doing and began to help. Then a women approached me with this token and thanked me for helping out the community. She told me to make sure I went to the website to register my good deed and then pass it on. So here I am :)

I'm always telling my friend Ryan that there just isn't enough hours in a day. I never have time to make a decent meal for my kids so I end up settling for MacDonald's or something. So when I got home from work this evening Ryan was waiting at my door. He had prepared a home cooked meal for all of us, it was delicious. I'm so great full for his consideration for me and my family. After we finished eating Ryan handed me this token and explained the Needs For Deeds concept with me, I almost started to cry. I'm fortunate to be apart of this movement and I will do my part to make sure it carries on.

I went to pay for my coffee this morning at Tim Horton's and the lady at the cashier told me that the person before me paid for my coffee and wanted me to have this token. I didn't get a chance to thank the person so if you read this...thank you very much. I've never heard of Needs for Deeds but after reading all of the good deeds and experiencing one first hand I have an obligation to pass it on. I just need to think of something creative.

The most embarrassing thing happened to me tonight at the store. I didn't have enough money in my account to pay for everything I had at the cashier and just as I was about to walk away the lady behind me offered to pay. I told her I couldn't except but she insisted. I asked her if there was anything I could do to pay her back and she dug this token out of her purse and gave it to me. All she asked was that I do something kind for someone else and pass it on. I didn't think there was anybody like that left in this world. I will follow through with my word and do something good with this token.

A patient from my clinic stopped by for an unexpected visit today. I told him that his appointment wasn't until next week but he said he was here for something else. He pulled out this token and handed it to me. He told me this was a token of appreciation for all of the inspiration I have provided to him over the past few years. I've never had a patient make me feel so good about myself. I am retiring in two months and it's times like this that reminds me how much I enjoy what I do.

A lovely young lady moved in across the hall and came by to introduce herself. She offered me pizza and gave me a beautiful plant. She then handed me this token and explained how she was just paying it forward. I've gained a new friend and a plant because of this token ;)

My friend Jane is amazing! I was moving into my new apartment this weekend and needed some help, so she gathered up a bunch of friends and neighbors along with trucks and we moved all of my things in one trip. The entire move lasted no longer than 2 hours and they even helped me unpack . Love you Jane :) I promise to pass on the token

So my doorbell rings this morning and when I get to the door I see the neighbors kids running across the lawn. At first I thought they were just playing a joke on me, but then I noticed a container on my step. Inside was a note thanking me for my friendship along with a fantastic breakfast and this token. I called my neighbor to thank her for their kind gesture but she claimed it had nothing to do with her ;) I thanked her again and told her I would return the container after I washed it. This really made my day, and now it's my turn to make someone else's.

i was waiting for my boyfriend to pick me up in front of the grocery store and it started to rain really hard. I noticed a lady struggling with a huge load of groceries and it just so happened that I had an umbrella in my truck. So...I ran over to the lady and held the umbrella over her head until she managed to get all of her bags in the car. She was so great full, in fact she was so great full, she gave me this token. I never heard of Needs for Deeds but I'm in love with the concept. I can't wait to pass it on. We should all have a pocket full of tokens to pay it forward :)

I was walking around my neighborhood picking up garbage and a woman stopped to ask what I was doing. When I told her, she thanked me for helping to keep the streets clean and gave me this token. It felt very good to be acknowledged. I am now looking for someone who deserves this token.

I was driving over the bridge and about to pay my toll when the guy in the booth told me not to bother because the person in the vehicle ahead of me had already paid. He gave me this token and said he was told to tell me to pass it on. Can you believe that? A complete stranger paid my bridge toll. I will do something good with this token.
